Zinger Burger Recipe Ingredients

Corn Flour2 Table Spoon

 All Purpose flour1 Cup 

Rice Flour2 table Spoon

 Bread Rolls4 PCS

 Tomato1 big 

ice burg leave As required 

Mayonnaise3 Table spoon 

Egg2 PCS 

Garlic Paste1 tsp

 Black Pepper1/2 tsp 

White Pepper1/2 tsp

First of all Put 3 Tablespoon Vinegar in a Plate. Now put 1 tsp garlic paste and mix it with salt and white pepper for three minutes. After mixing all the above things now put three pieces of Chicken breast in the plate and mix it.

In a second plate put some corn flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, red chilli, and black pepper, then mix it.

After mixing the above things, Now in a third Plate, put two eggs and two tablespoon milk. Then mix it until its color turn yellow. Now from the plate one, get your chicken pieces and mix it with eggs in the third plate, and then with the flour in the second plate. After mixing the chicken breast Pieces with all the elements in the plate second and in the plate third, put it aside in another clean plate.

Now we will deep fry the chicken breast pieces in the cooking oil. After the five minutes, the chicken will be all ready to be placed in the burger.

So finally we are in the final stage, take a Bread roll and put some Mayonnaise on it from the Open side. Then now take another bread roll and mix it with Mayonnaise in the same way. Now get a fry chicken piece and put it on the bread roll. Then take a slice cheese and put it on the chicken piece which is already placed on the bread roll.  Put Tomato piece and two Ice burg leaves on the sliced cheese and Close it with another bread roll from the top.
